The lesson is $27.50 ($25 per hour tuition+$2.50 studio fee) for one person per hour + Clay . For additional people it will be $12.50 ( $10 tuition+ $2.50 studio fee) per person per hour + Clay.
Classes need to be scheduled minimum for 2hrs. If it is just an one-time event there is additonal $25 charge as the artists would be spending time for processing of the art work( Glazing and firing).

Explore the basics of Watercolor through a live Zoom class.Leave your fear and frustration behind; discover that watercolor can be enjoyable, satisfying and inspiring (and that, contrary to popular belief, you can correct mistakes!)
Learn to mix and apply paint, blend colors, and create shading without the use of white paint. Experiment with exciting tricks and techniques; all in a non-stressful, fun environment. We’ll discuss choosing the right brushes, paint, and paper, how to save the white of the paper, and how to tear paper for a handsome edge.
Students will create several finished paintings, while getting a good feel for a unique, marvelous, and very beautiful medium.
Taught by Renee Wrenwood, a prize winning local watercolorist and art instructor. She loves the medium is happiest with a loaded brush in her hand.

MixedMedia: A visual art form that combines a variety of media in a single artwork.
“I love mixedmedia! It is my current obsession and I can’t wait to share it with you.” In this class we will cover a variety of mediums, materials, and techniques as we create beautiful, whimsical and, sometimes emotional, works of art. Explore sketching, drawing, painting, backgrounds, blending, layering, collage, stencils, stamping, image transfer, found object art, assemblage, mono and gelatin printing and more, in a relaxed self-paced environment.

This class by Local Award winning Artists Cate Robbins is for everyone from beginner to advanced. In this " open studio" setting each student will work on their own projects with Cate's help and guidance . A drawing curriculum and a color theory curriculum will be available. Students will bring their own supplies unless they are beginners in which case Cate will guide them to the medium and supplies that will fit their needs.

This class focuses on strengthening students' drawing skills and enhancing their artistic styles and creativity through colored pencil. All art styles and skill levels are welcome. Beginner Level students will learn the basic techniques of colored pencil art including initial sketching, layering, blending and building colors, and interpreting colors from a reference photo to express your inner artistic voice. Intermediate/Advanced Level students will hone these skills and learn the art of creating texture and details.

Bring your painting ideas, or just your desire to paint in watercolor. Students will work on paintings of their choice, with guidance and gentle critique from Ms. Wrenwood.
Learn techniques to achieve your goals for your painting. Get suggestions on design/composition and focal point. Discover ways to fix a mistake or save a “ruined” painting. Loosen up and try new methods of painting. Have fun with watercolor!

Students will learn to make cups, bowls, and any other forms they can dream up, using various methods including throwing on the wheel and hand building with coils or slabs. Basic skills will be emphasized for beginners and as students progress they can choose their own projects while continuing to build their skills. Come ready to get muddy! Meet with Cate Robbins for individualized art instruction in small group studio settings. Cate has a Master's Degree in Painting from Texas Woman's University. This is a general study in painting and drawing that includes composition and techniques in a variety of mediums. Instruction is based upon each student's age, skill level, and goals. Classes are designed to introduce new students to the skills required to accurately render what they see and for the more advanced artist to gain some visual and creative practice in drawing and painting that will enhance any artistic endeavors. The class objective is to provide the "tools" necessary to draw and paint with confidence and to develop within the student the ability to see the world the way artists' see. From there, assignments lead the student to express their own individual creativity. Supply needs for the class will vary according to the individual students' curriculum needs. Adults will provide their own supplies as needed for working in class and at home. Tuition for the full month is due at the first class of each month. Arrangements for missed classes are easily made up but are the student's responsibility to schedule.
