9 max student camps will be held primarily out doors, however there will be access to the studio for hand washing, bathroom facilities, have a snack, or just take a little break. ;)

6 students divided between two classrooms. Weekly Mon-Thur in June 10:30 - 12:00 Noon

3 PERSON/ INDIVIDUAL WORKSPACE CAMPS (with social distancing)

With only three students in each class, artists will have plenty of space to themselves while enjoying the company of others. Weekly Mon-Thur in June 1-2pm or 2-3pm

Private Pottery Lessons

The lesson is $27.50 ($25 per hour tuition+$2.50 studio fee) for one person per hour + Clay . For additional people it will be $12.50 ( $10 tuition+ $2.50 studio fee) per person per hour + Clay. 

 

Classes need to be scheduled minimum for 2hrs. If it is just an one-time event there is additonal $25 charge as the artists would be spending time for processing of the art work( Glazing and firing).

Here we will learn how to throw on the pottery wheel mugs, bowls, and other functional art pieces along with creating art pieces using hand building techniques. We will use our hands and maybe (probably) even get a little messy! This is a come and go class that you have a choice of hours.

Explore and create the most mysterious creatures utilizing a variety of art techniques and mix media while you learn more about their life on earth 150 million years ago!

Students will inspect different types of dinosaurs to create their own one, we will focus on proportions, characteristics, textures.

This camp transforms everyday recyclable items into a prehistoric stegosaurus with egg carton back panel.s and paper roll legs, make history come alive with art.

We will create real 3D robot models from scratch, and learn how they operate by sketching all their functions practicing some shading techniques with chalk, graphite, and inks.

Cost: $135

Come and be part of an art filled four day camp while we travel the world! The first two days we will create clay pieces like Chinese Dragons and the Painted Elephants of India. While making their clay pieces I will work with each student one on one to make something on the pottery wheel. The third day we will explore other art mediums  while our clay pieces fire using our “Around the World” theme. On the fourth day we will glaze our pottery which will be available Saturday after 12 PM. Parents are welcome to join the class with their child for the same fee

Explore sketching, drawing, painting, backgrounds, blending, layering, collage, stencils, stamping, image transfer, found object art, assemblage, mono and gelatin printing and more, in a relaxed self-paced environment.
 
Classes require $50 registration deposit plus $15 administration fee and first month fees is due at the registration. If your child likes drawing and painting this class is for him/her. The child will complete several fun projects throughout the semester that will develop and improve his drawing and painting skills. We work with different media throughout the course including acrylics, watercolor paints, oils, and chalk pastels and color pencils. The class will teach different art techniques, all in an encouraging, fun environment while giving your child joy and satisfaction of completing exciting projects. I keep the class size small, no more than 8 students, to give each child individual attention.

This class by Local Award winning Artists Cate Robbins is for everyone from beginner to advanced. In this " open studio" setting each student will work on their own projects with Cate's help and guidance . A drawing curriculum and a color theory curriculum will be available. Students will bring their own supplies unless they are beginners in which case Cate will guide them to the medium and supplies that will fit their needs.
