In 2000 Laura was introduced to throwing clay on a wheel in Greensboro, NC and she immediately knew this was something she had to have in her life. Since then Laura has worked with several private studio potters. She is always eager to learn more about advanced techniques in working with clay and firing. Her skills and style continue to evolve as she creates unique pieces of pottery. Laura's passion truly comes out when she is able to share this gift with others, giving them an opportunity to play with their creative side and connect to something deeper within. Magda Dia runs special events such as birthday parties and “Parent’s Night Out” and teaches both weekly classes and summer camp. Magda loves helping children find their artistic voice and gain mastery in their creations. While not formally trained as an artist, she’s found herself working with kids and crafts for at least a dozen years, and finds it extremely fulfilling. Lynne Hubner received her MFA in Printmaking from the University of North Texas. She is an active lecturer, workshop presenter, and member of the Women Printmakers of Austin and the Baren Forum an organization of International relief printmakers.
